Aerofit, a leading name in the retail industry, is seeking an experienced IT-Infrastruktur Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure across our locations in Dortmund and Hannover, Germany. As an IT-Infrastruktur Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems to support our banking, financial services, and insurance operations. You will report directly to the board, providing strategic insights and operational expertise.

Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
Coordinate with various departments to assess and fulfill their IT needs.
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and data protection.
